We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented IT Field Service Technician to provide technical support across 3 locations in Illinois. As an IT Field Service Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of our information technology systems, resolving technical issues,and delivering excellent service to our end u . Responsibilities include but are not limited to:• Respond to IT support requests from end u across multiple locations.• Diagnose and resolve hardware and network issues efficiently.• Perform routine maintenance, upgrades and repairs on computers, printers, and other IT equipment.• Install configure and troubleshoot software applications and operating systems.• Assist in setup, configuration, and maintenance of network infrastructure.• Maintain accurate records of IT service requests, resolutions, and equipment inventory.Effectively manage and prioritize IT support requests across 3 locations in FLWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Required Skills & Experience3+ year's experience as an IT Field Service Technician Strong knowledge of computer hardware operating systems, and software applications. Strong knowledge of IOS/Android devices Familiarity with network protocols, security, and troubleshooting. Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
