POSITION DESCRIPTIONBurn Boot Camp is looking for caring and compassionate Childwatch workers who have experience caring for children ages eight weeks to twelve years old. We are committed to providing top quality care and a welcoming environment that reflects the Burn commitment to the community. Our goal is to enhance the lives of every child that attends our facility and ensure a safe, engaging, and clean environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Member Experience
• Execution of Childwatch process
• Facilitate play and oversight of children during a 45-minute camp while parents are working out
• Facility Management in Childwatch room
• No food/feedings are administered in childwatch
• No diaper changes nor child bathroom duties; parents will be called from the floor as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

• Caring and compassionate
• Patient
• Able to remain calm in difficult situations
• A good communicator
• Able to lift 30-40 pounds
• Preferred to have a valid CPR and First Aid certification
• Preferred to have experience in child care

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
