This position offers the opportunity to engage in a collaborative environment where you will make a personal impact every day.The Lead Accounts Receivable Representative is responsible for managing accounts receivable and providing support and assistance across multiple business functions.What You'll Do:This is a Full-Time Hourly PositionAs Lead Accounts Receivable Representative, you will work along side the accounts receivable team on tasks such as the daily, accurate batching and keying of receipts into AR systems in compliance with departmental KPI's. You will be responsible for the generation of manual invoices as requested as well as job scheduling on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.Responsible for completing audit controls tasks in a timely manner.Complete reconciliations of AR/GL.Load Rent, Royalties, Ad Fund, and other invoices/credit memosIdentify process and system improvements and communicate to Management.Regular communication with internal and external customers to resolve outstanding issues in a timely manner.QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key accountabilities of the job required1+ years progressive PC Applications, word processing, and spreadsheet programs experience preferredHigh degree of proficiency MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applicationsStrong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning)Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reportingAbility to work overtime as necessaryRequired Skills:Research and resolve invoicing and cash application disputes.Identify process and system improvements and communicate to Management.File and maintain UCC filings for Franchisee's.Manage 1099 process for Gift Cards and Internet credits making sure that all W-9 information is compliant with the IRS.Ability to supervise multiple projects.Additional InformationEnvironmental Factors & Working Schedule:Hybrid work environment, 2-3 days in-person attendance is required (Pittsburgh, PA) in addition to ability to work remotely.Regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands or fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hearRegularly/Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 poundsSpecific vision abilities required by this job include long periods of computer screen usage, close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focusAbility to communicate written and verbally in a professional manner with all organizational levels and external contactsAdaptability and flexibility to focus quickly on changing situations or revised goals in a fast-paced environmentDetail oriented, strong analytical skills, team-playerThe noise level in the work environment is usually low/moderateBenefit Offerings: medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, employer-paid life insurance, flex spending accounts, 401K program with company match, 2-week paid parental leave, 8-week paid maternity leave 5 paid bereavement days, 11 paid holidays per year, short-term and long-term disability, 30% employee merchandise discount.At GNC, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range.
