As a Periop Senior Implementation Success Partner, you will lead seamless deployments of our perioperative product in healthcare settings. As an essential member of our team, you will manage the end-to-end implementation process, ensuring that our software solutions are successfully integrated into hospitals and surgical clinics.
This role blends engagement management, project leadership, technical oversight, and analytics. You will collaborate closely with senior OR leadership, surgeons, schedulers, and IT teams to ensure alignment and smooth transitions from kickoff through to go-live. With a focus on meticulous planning and coordination across cross-functional teams, you will be the bridge between our customers and internal teams, driving the successful delivery of Qventus's perioperative solutions.

The salary range for this role is $140,000 to $160,000. Qventus salary bands represent market data across different geographies. We consider several factors when determining compensation, including location, skills and qualifications, and prior relevant experience. Salary is just one component of Qventus' total package.
