Summary:

Our client is seeking an Operations CFO to lead the finance and accounting functions while acting as a business partner to executive leadership. Responsibilities include managing financial reporting, forecasting, internal controls, inventory management, and acquisition support. The role offers flexibility for strong performance and requires collaboration across departments to ensure financial health and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and legal requirements.
  • Oversee internal controls, billing, tax documentation, and financial systems.
  • Analyze operational results, address discrepancies, and provide insights to senior leadership.
  • Lead pricing strategies, margin analysis, and team performance evaluations.
  • Partner with senior management on profit planning, forecasting, and meeting inventory and DSO targets.
  • Support M&A due diligence and assist with acquisition integration.
  • Implement legal tracking and reporting for negotiated reserves.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business (MBA/CPA preferred).
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in finance or accounting, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and project management abilities.
  • Preferred experience in supply chain, manufacturing, consumer products, or logistics.
