The client account associate will play a multifaceted role in delivering our software, delivering training services to clients and seeking growth opportunities. We are looking for a talented team player who works well and enjoys collaboration with other team members.
Responsibilities
Plan/design strategic plans in the ESM application for some of the world's largest organizations.Work closely with new and existing clients to guide them through ESM software implementation processes to drive client adoption and ongoing positive outcomes.Manage day-to-day relationships with customers including onsite and remote-based ESM implementation and training services.Collaborate with the product team, development team, and senior leadership team, share ideas, and support execution of ESM product improvements based on client delivery experience and customer feedback.Be part of the quality and assurance team and manage bug/feature tracking.Test and address product enhancements and bugs uncovered by clients or during development cycles.Create custom training content to support client consumption of ESM software.Update product documentation and training collateral.Requirements
Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree with a strong undergraduate academic record. All majors welcome to apply.Zero to two years of experience in strategy, software, industry consulting.Solid written and verbal communication skills are a must.Ability to work with both functional and technical team members.Ability to manage, prioritize, and multi-task on multiple projects.Energetic self-starter who is motivated to succeed and make an impact.Ability to attain a US Federal Security Clearance.Some occasional domestic travel required, perhaps with opportunities for international travel, once safe to do so again.All candidates must submit a cover letter with application.
