About The RoleEvergreen Money is looking for a dynamic and driven Director of Sales to join our team. In this role, your team will be the face of our firm, responsible for presenting Evergreen Money's unique investment philosophy and educating prospects about our flagship products, Personal Portfolio and Liquid Treasuries.

As the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for hiring and developing a team of sales advisors. You will create and implement a comprehensive sales advisor program, ensuring that your team is equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed.

Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you are responsible for guiding leads through the decision-making process to become valued clients. This role offers a lucrative opportunity to earn commissions based on asset gathering during the client's onboarding, rewarding your dedication and expertise.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales program focusing on virtual sales techniques, capital markets, and portfolio management.
  • Identify, qualify, and hire a team of sales advisors who are aligned with the company vision and mission.
  • Accurately forecast and deliver on sales revenue targets.
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage pipeline, lead assignment, quota achievement, and own overall team revenue targets.
  • Partner with the Head of Advisory Services to ensure an exceptional client experience when transitioning from a sales prospect to an advised relationship.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective strategies for lead generation and client acquisition.
  • Convert qualified leads into clients by guiding them through the onboarding process and funding their accounts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Qualifications

  • 5+ years' experience in high-scale sales and sales management, with investment industry experience strongly preferred.
  • FINRA Series 65 is strongly preferred (required within 60 days of hire).
  • Experience attracting, retaining, and developing high-performing talent through assessing, selecting, onboarding, and coaching.
  • Understanding of capital markets and investment products.
  • Experience in high-volume phone activity and virtual meetings.
  • Success in persuading and educating prospects.
  • Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to identify discrepancies and areas for improvement, ask pertinent questions, and proactively implement solutions.
