Role Description

This is a contract hybrid role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Miami Minds ABA Therapy. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, overseeing therapy sessions, and collaborating with families and other professionals. While the role is based in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale Area, there is flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and behavior intervention
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Experience in conducting assessments and developing treatment plans
• Knowledge of autism spectrum disorder and developmental disabilities
• BCBA certification and licensure in the state of Florida
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with relevant software and technology for data tracking and analysis
