Job Summary:

We're seeking an organized and proactive Operations Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing client accounts, optimizing operational processes, and developing automation to enhance customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, comfortable with revenue goals, and have a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding them. This role is 100% remote and available to US-based employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Copywriting - Write copy that follows best practices.
  • Cold Calling - Make up to 50 cold calls/day.
  • Manage Relationships - Be the point of contact for support tickets as they pertain to sales goals.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in operations, client management, or a related field.
  • Comfortable working with revenue goals and able to consistently achieve or exceed them.
  • An excellent communicator with strong organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with automation platforms like Make and Zapier.
  • Comfortable with CRM tools like Apollo, Zoho (nice to have), and Pipedrive or HubSpot (nice to have).
  • Knowledge of DNS registrars.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for decision-making.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively.
