Apparel Sales Rep / Account Executive
FT Onsite Downtown Los Angeles

We are looking for a high-performing Apparel Sales Executive to help them meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales potential, crafting sales plans and presenting plans to the upper management. Must have current/active contacts with department stores and big chain stores for the junior/ young contemporary mid tier market. Accounts like BP Nordstroms, Francescas, Buckle, Dillards, Altar'd State, F21, Kohls, Urban Outfitters Etc.
Qualifications
This candidate must be able to bring in existing relationships with sportswear and dress accounts
The ideal candidate must be a great sales communicator, highly organized and must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, shifting priorities as needed

Must have existing active accounts
Junior /young contemporary apparel: 3 years experience (Required)
Knowledge of market week calendar and market week planning
Responsibilities
Achieve growth and hit sales targets
Help acquire new customer base & stores working with design team and upper management
Help implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Present sales, revenue and realistic forecasts to the management team
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Skills
Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Strong business sense and industry expertise
Excellent people and communication skills
