Commercial Credit Analyst
: Job Details :

We are seeking a motivated Commercial Credit Analyst with 3 years of commercial lending experience in Waltham, PA.

• Responsible for loan fulfillment, reviewing documentation, performing due diligence, and working with credit partners on closing loans.
• Previous loan documentation experience and understanding of financial covenant principals is desired. Working knowledge of HotDocs is beneficial.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of commercial lending or Paralegal experience.
• Knowledge of Credit products and banking practices (Loan IQ or Stucky experience a plus).
• Experience with with credit/loan agreement language and pricing structures.
• 5+ years of risk management and/or LOB/ECF experience.
• Experience in loan or other credit-driven operations function.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
