In this role, you'll be expected to demonstrate proficiency in five key areas:

You'll partner with Technology leaders to influence end-state architecture and drive secure, resilient, performant and scalable technology solutions that solve material customer and business problems.Integrated Problem Solving: Develop and champion a bold vision that drives meaningful outcomes by embracing the art of the possible.Transformational Leadership: You'll establish a long-term product portfolio strategy, informed by customer and business needs, and partner with leaders and stakeholders to regularly drive alignment, secure resources and overcome impediments.As a leader in the Data Pipelines Product Team, you will:
Create the long term vision and strategy for the enterprise data pipelines product portfolio across Capital One.Champion the execution of next generation product features utilizing a strong foundation in product management and data platforms.Inspire and coach a high performing team of product managers.Influence customers within all major lines of business and within partner teams including tech, architecture, design, analytics, and risk management.We want you if you are:

- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 8 years of experience in digital product management
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- MBA or Master's degree
- 8+ years of experience in Agile product management
- 8+ years of experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
