We are seeking skilled and personable Bartenders to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to create a fun and inviting environment for our guests.
The role: Bartender!
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards.
- Ensure all morning prep duties are complete in order to provide quick and flawless service
- Maintain a clean dining and patio area.
- Retrieve food from the line and deliver it to the bar guests, when ordered.
- Follow opening and closing checklists
- Engage with customers to take drink orders and provide recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to provide a seamless customer experience.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, placing orders as necessary.
- Ensure all guests feel welcome and address any concerns promptly.
- Stay updated on new drink recipes, trends, and industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Previous bartending experience preferred.
- Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Must be of legal drinking age and possess any necessary licenses or certifications.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
