Frandsen Bank & Trust is looking for a part-time customer service representative to join our team. This position works in a team environment to provide direct customer support. A high level of professional communication, attention to detail, and technical skills are required to provide quality service. In the few minutes necessary to perform most transactions, a Customer Service Representative must meet customer expectations of receiving friendly, accurate, and efficient service. - Provide superior customer service by being professionally helpful, curious, and courageous
- Process customer transactions accurately and proficiently

- Consistently make customer introductions to banking partners to grow relationships

Minimum Requirements
- Obtained or in process of obtaining a high school diploma or equivalent
Work HoursThis is a part time position and may be scheduled on various days as necessary. Work hours will be 1:00pm - 5:00pm.Salary range is $17.00 to $20.00 per hour depending on experience.
