Coast HVAC Supply is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team!

Responsibilities:
- Sales calls
- Building positive relationships with existing customer
- Create persuasive arguments to sell products or services to customers
- Look for ways to improve sales with existing customers
- Prospect and contact potential customers to improve sales and market share
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
- Educate customers on how products and services can benefit them
- Schedule joint calls and trainings with vendor partners
- Negotiate with customers and potential customers
- Quote customers
- Take customer orders and enter into operating system
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Accounts Receivable
- Collect payments and inquire about past due invoices
- Generate and submit call reports to management
Skills/Qualifications:
- 25 years of age or older with Texas Driver's License and clean driving record
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Strong interpersonal, negotiating, customer service, analytic & problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented
- Degree is a plus, but not required
- Bi-lingual is a plus, but not required
- Must have experience in at least one of the below fields (both is a plus)
- Air conditioning experience
- Outside sales experience
Wage & Advancement:
- Negotiable base salary plus commission
