Winter Co-op 2025 - Mechanical Engineer - Burlington, Massachusetts As a Winter Co-op 2025 - Mechanical Engineer in Burlington, Massachusetts at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP), you will have the opportunity to work in a challenging, highly technical appliance development environment. You will work on a cross-discipline team of engineers, prototyping and testing mechanical designs as well as thermal-fluids delivery solutions (heaters, pumps, valves, and plumbing) for next generation Keurig appliances. You will work in both lab and desk settings to develop design solutions and problem solve challenges on an industry-leading consumer product.Shift/Schedule:The KDP 2025 Winter Co-op Program will run from January 6 - May 23, 2025Full-time; 40 hours per weekMonday-Friday8:00am until 5:00pmHybrid: (T/W/Th in office)As a Mechanical Engineer Co-op you will:Work in a lab environment, developing integrated Mechanical/ SW/ Electrical HW systemsPerform 3D CAD design and modeling simulationsPerform Statistical Analysis of performance test data from coffee maker appliancesHands on building of prototypes (3D Printing, Machining, Plastic Parts)Perform dFMEA and/ or informal risk analysis of designsDevelop test plans and procedures, and execute tests and Designs of Experiments (DOE) in a lab environmentDevelop skills with lab test fixtures and equipmentElements of the KDP Intern/Co-Op Program include:Engaging and partnering on innovative projects to gain experience in a challenging, cross functional team environmentParticipate in meet & greets and lunch & learns with KDP executives and other organization leadersReceive professional development training such as networking, professional skills development and presentingBe paired with a mentor to enhance your knowledge of other parts of the business and build your networkComplete a project from start to finish and present it and your takeaways to your team, department vice president and other KDP stakeholdersPlease note: This position is limited to persons with permanent right to work in the United States.
