Job description:
Oversee and implement ramp airport operations to ensure its effectiveness and efficiency. Monitor the performance and compliance of vendors for Copa Airlines, and coordinate the logistics for the arrival and departure of aircraft below the wing, as well as the handling of Passengers, baggage, cargo, and mail-both locally and for connecting flights. Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards while fostering a motivated workforce and a positive working environment to achieve company's objectives.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Management or related fields; or
* At least three (3) years of experience in airport operations.
Specific knowledge:
* Proficiency in Spanish and English language.
* Safety standards and Aviation law/legislation
* SMS/ airline specific systems knowledge.
