Located in Tualatin, OR Salary: $18.50A client of ours in Tualatin is looking to add a Shipping Associate to their team. This is a great opportunity if you are looking for a position that is making a difference in the world. This is a medical company that supplies an array of medical supplies and equipment to hospitals that contributes to saving lives! #1939LIDThis is a standing position; there are supportive mats to stand on, but you are on all your feet for the entirety of the shift. This is an evaluation for a full-time hire position!Duties:
- Select products for orders from warehouse stock.
- Build boxes for shipping contents.
- Use the handheld scanner to scan products or manual data entry into the computer for the shipping log.
- Build and shrink-wrap pallets.
- Data entry of info into UPS/FedEx for shipping.
- Clean up the warehouse at the end of each day sweeping and taking out recycling.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Order selecting or shipping experience, preferred but willing to train someone willing and able!
- Reliable and punctual
- A team player who understands team goals but can work well independently.
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to follow assembly and test procedures.
- Easygoing and can get along with people.
- Ability to help and support where and when it is needed.
