The Production Technician is an essential and versatile member of the Plug Power manufacturing operation. This role is responsible for the assembly and quality validation of Plug Powers Gen. Drive fuel cell technology. Ideal candidates for this role possess a background in manufacturing of electro-mechanical assemblies along with a quality focus and strong attention to detail. The Production Technician role is also very safety focused and committed to working in a collaborative team environment to achieve manufacturing goals. Core Duties and Responsibilities. Hand assembly of a variety of sub-systems and components utilized in manufacturing Plug Powers Gen. Drive fuel cell technology; assembly tasks are electro-mechanical in nature.
