ENTERPRISE: Eagle R.V ResortApply fast, check the full description by scrolling below to find out the full requirements for this role.JOB TITLE: Front Desk Clerk IREPORTS TO: RVP R.V Park ManagerSALARY: DOEPOSITION STATUS: Regular Full-Time, FLSA NON-EXEMPTHOURS PER WEEK: 40POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Front Desk Clerk II at Eagle View R.V Resort is responsible for providing exceptional guest service by managing the check-in and check-out processes, handling guest inquiries, and ensuring a pleasant and efficient experience for all visitors. This role requires a friendly, proactive individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Essential functions may include the following tasks, knowledge, skills, and other characteristics.   • Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring accurate documentation and payment processing.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints, providing prompt and effective resolutions.
  • Provide information about the resort, local attractions, and recreational activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest reservations, payments, and any additional charges.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication promptly and courteously.
  • Assist in the preparation of daily reports and other administrative tasks as required.
  • Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure rooms and facilities are clean and operational.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure guest needs are met and any issues are resolved quickly.
  • Monitor and respond to guest feedback to continually improve the quality of service.
  • Monitor resort access and ensure that all visitors are authorized.
  • Follow and enforce safety and security protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
  • Report any suspicious activities or security concerns to the appropriate personnel.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office Suite).
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Proactive and problem-solving attitude.
  • Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to stand for long periods.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in hospitality or a related field is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in a hospitality or resort setting.
  • Computer Basics Computer Basics. Microsoft Office is preferred.
  • Minimum of one year of customer service experience required
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test and pass a complete background check.
