Reporting to the company's executive management team, the candidate is responsible for planning and managing coating application projects at the client's food processing facility to ensure that all safety, quality control, schedule and profitability targets are met. Building and managing project teams and functioning as the primary jobsite interface to the customer are central to this position. Additional responsibilities include: - Be accountable for project results including quality, safety, contract compliance, subcontractor management and profit targets - Provide direction to field crew members and foreman - Track and report on project milestones, QC/Safety reports and provide status to management team and clientYou will travel to the customer sites, typically over the weekend while plants are shut down. Most work weeks will be Thursday thru Monday, with days off during the week. You will travel that way for two months. Then spend the third month in the office. National field service travel.The company has hired two veterans from RecruitMilitary in the past. They are their top field project managers.
