Our client is looking for an electronics technician to provide maintenance and troubleshooting on manufacturing machinery at their Shakopee, MN location.The Electronics Technician will be responsible for providing electrical/electronic troubleshooting support and the preventative/predictive maintenance of electrical and electronic equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong electrical theory and troubleshooting experience.Job duties and responsibilities:- Perform fault analysis on manufacturing machines such as packaging machines and batching systems- Conduct troubleshooting and calibration of thermocouples, RTDs, level sensing devices, thickness detectors, consistency transmitters, load cells, servos, and other electrical/electronic devices- Conduct preventive maintenance, testing and troubleshooting of VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives)The plant runs day crew and night crew, 12-hour shifts. You will work 4 on/4 off and start on nights (7pm to 7am). $31/hour - Overtime paid at time and half or double depending on hours/shift/day - Great medical, dental, vision benefits.
