- Communicates with customer and carriers by phone, in person and email to schedule orders for the account.
- Collaborate with others in a team environment to accomplish goals.
- Check in & out drivers following all processes/protocol for security, ensuring all record keeping is accurate and current.
- Prepare daily reports for supervisors and management.
- Verify all delivery orders and bills of lading have been received and are corrected
