The essential duties of the role is to support the Auction House Team and Client Operations department with general administrative and data entry responsibilities. This role would ideally suit a candidate with an interest in logistics within the fine art industry. We are predominantly looking for a candidate who can provide administrative support to our growing team. This is a high achieving and well-paced office, the team are highly professional and spirited. The candidate must have proof of authorization to work in the U.S.Key Responsibilities
- Supporting our Account Management team day-to-day, inclusive of setting up job files, raising purchase orders, entering Moveware data, producing Bills Of Lading and generating invoices. Providing similar support to our Storage/The Studio team, as required.
- Ensuring client calls & emails are actioned in a prompt and professional manner
- Assisting your Direct Supervisor, General Manager and Director, as required
- Providing an exceptional customer experience at all times
- Maintaining files and all communications in accordance with company protocols and procedures
- Use all resources available to always ensure an outstanding customer experience
- Ensure a high degree of detail and focus on every job
General
- Ensure compliance with all HR and other Company policies and procedures that are in place

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor's degree
- Working knowledge of our fine art industry
- Ability to work well under pressure, to cost and time constraints
- Evolving problem-solving skills, able to use intuition to resolve any issues and complaints from the client
- Highly organized and detail orientated, with the ability to keep multiple projects and client engagements active at the same time
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, multifaceted work environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internal computer systems - Moveware / The Studio (training will be provided)
- Professional email etiquette and telephone mannerisms that maintain politeness and courtesy at all times
- Excellent time management and organizational skills - Ability to multi-task, as required
- Team player, able to work with all levels of staff in a dynamic environment
- Comfortable in a results-driven workplace
