PPS is seeking a mechanically inclined individual for a fantastic opportunity as a Ring Machine Operator at our wiring manufacturing facility in North Royalton. This is a full-time permanent position with benefits and a high ceiling for growth!Responsibilities:Obtain raw materials using tow motorSet up machine and materials for productionMonitor operation and adjust machine as needed to meet customer specsPerform quality inspection using tape measure or caliper of finished product prior to moving to next stage in process to ensure customer's specs are being metReport any issues to foremanClean and organize work areaOther duties as requiredThe Ideal Candidate Will Possess:Ability to perform physical responsibilities such as lift, stand for long hours, crouch, pull/push, etc.Strong communication skills (verbal and written)Previous machine operation experienceHigh mechanical acumen- using hand/power toolsAbility/previous experience using precision measurement instrumentsBasic math/calculation skillsPrevious experience using computer/keypad for data entry and machine adjustmentsGo-getter attitude and hunger for growth!
