(This contract position is fully remote and can be located anywhere in the US.)Responsibilities:Calling on Prospects to schedule appointments for you and for Managing PartnersSourcing and recruiting talent for open job ordersManage the recruitment process from interview through offer stageMaintaining market and commercial awareness through research and networkingManage your own portfolio of candidates and clients, both existing and newAbility to collaborate and assist teammatesDocumenting communications and interactions with candidates in the ATSFull desk recruiting (business development, new client acquisition, candidate sourcing recruiting, pre-screening, reference checking, negotiation of terms & closing)Ability to multitask and work on several open positions at one timeRequirements:Accustomed to being on the phone and scheduling appointmentsAt least 1 year of sales or recruiting experience (both ideally)Consultative Sales skills with a history of follow-up-based sellingProfessional presentation and exceptional customer service skillsProficient in different types of software (ability to pick up new programs quickly)Motivated, Detail Oriented, and Entrepreneurial
