Job descriptionGrieco Mazda of Delray Beach is looking for professional, positive, motivated Service BDC Representative. If you are a self-motivated person with aspirations for success, a Service BDC Representative position with Grieco Mazda of Delray Beach may be for you. There has never been a better time to join our group and help further our growth.Determine each customer's vehicle needs and wants by asking questions and listening.Responsibilities Include:Answer customers inbound calls a timely, friendly manner.Identifying the client's needs and scheduling appointments.Placing outbound phone calls to potential leads ex: open recalls, etc.Contacting customers prior to their appointment date to confirm appointment.Follow up their visit to ensure they were satisfied with their visit.On occasion email or mail marketing letters to potential leads, ex: haven't been in for service in over a year, etc.Ensuring all clients concerns and questions are answered prior to their appointment date such as cost, warranty questions, appointment duration,etc.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.Valid driver's license.Professional personal appearance.Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate solutions to others.CDK/ADP experience a plus but not mandatoryAll applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, and MVR.What we offer:Pay: TOP PAY FOR TOP EXPERIENCEMedical, Dental and Vision PlansPaid Holidays & PTOShort and Long-Term Disability401(k) Retirement PlanDiscounts on new/used vehicles including service & parts for family & friends across company brands.
