You will oversee sub-contracting crews to manage project planning, scheduling, and budgeting, and ensure OSHA safety protocols are followed for our ongoing project needs. This is the perfect opportunity for recent college graduates or seasoned construction managers. Training is provided. Travel is required.Responsibilities:Oversee all aspects of the construction site including blueprint interpretations, budgeting, and safety inspections.Provide daily reports ensuring ongoing and elaborate communication with Project Managers surrounding project status.Manage on-site personnel and subcontractors to maximize productivity and quality of work.Collaborate with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients.Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications.Duties and responsibilities:Able to travel and work 3rd shift hoursPrevious experience in construction management, engineering, or building maintenanceFamiliarity with construction management softwareStrong leadership skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsDeadline and detail-orientedAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsDesired Qualifications:Valid driver's licenseAble to pass criminal background screeningAble to pass a customer knowledge testAssociate in business, construction management or combined education and work experienceTEC Electric LLC offers growth opportunities, paid vacation, holidays, 401K, and health benefit contributions.
