QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field with at least two years of employee engagement experience.Requires effective oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and superior listening skills.Ability to think critically and problem solveAbility to manage tasks independently as well as with a team and to effectively communicate with all level of employee.Organizational typing and ability to use Microsoft Office Suite, including proficiency in Excel and HRIS system(s).Essential FunctionsSupport and implement strategies as outlined in the ICARES programResponsible for ensuring clear communication with employees aligning with overall company and HR strategies.In collaboration with marketing communications, designs regular employee engagement communications to share with employees.Stay informed and aware of organizational operations and initiatives and identify areas where additional internal employee engagement communication is needed and develop a plan to meet those needs.Receive, review and approve disciplinary actions and provide sound advice to leadership with regard to adhering to the progressive disciplinary policy.Respond to phone calls and emails from employees and provide timely feedback and coordinate with leadership to provide resolution to any employee concerns.Provide advice, assistance, and follow-up to employees with regard to company policies, procedures.Complete exit interviews with Direct Care employeesProvides unemployment information and attends hearings as necessaryMonitors, Oversees and implements Corporate Retention Strategic PlanSubmits Monthly turnover reports, tracks and provides feedback on trendsMaintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment.Promotes and follows safety guidelines when performing work.Understands internal and external policies and follows employee rules of conduct and performance as set forth by Beacon - KeystonePromotes community awareness by demonstrating responsible, courteous behavior and a positive perception of individuals with developmental disabilities.Participates in regulatory and agency in-service training.Any other HR tasks as assigned
