We are seeking individuals with the desire to succeed and to share in the rewards of being part of our winning team!SUMMARYThe ideal candidate will work in a team atmosphere to fulfill signage, display, and decorative visual needs for in-store and special event implementation and experiences.Responsibilities will include but not limited to ordering and packing promotional and visual supplies, planning and coordinating all aspects of company special events (i.e. Grand Openings, Restyle shows, Bridal/Trunk shows, etc.), event strategy, budget forecasting and reconciliation, organization of all logistics, negotiation with vendors, coaching and support to store associates. This candidate will also work closely with the Marketing Department to align with pre-determined promotions.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESAssist with ordering and packing materials for all visual needs, special events and in-store promotions.Determine and coordinate details and logistics of event strategy, messaging, and goals for special events.Develop and manage a robust décor package for special events and in-store seasonal visual needs.Remain current with promotional and event schedules to stay on track with planning and executing tasks.Initiate and engage in constant communication with all necessary individuals outlining Visual Merchandising tasks and special event progress/procedures.Develop improved measurement and post-event reporting process, analyze of event performances and prepare metrics presentation.Calculate budgets and adjust when necessary.Work with agency and Marketing team to promote the event to our guests and potential guests. (radio, TV, digital, and/or other media)Research and implement mall advertising.Evaluate and identify/resolve concerns.Occasional travel to store locations, meetings, etc. as it relates to Visual Merchandising duties and promotional off-site special events.Other duties as needed.EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEStrong decision making skillsStrong project management and organization skillsExcellent communication skills and commitment to outstanding customer serviceAbility to work independently as well as in a team settingExecute multiple projects at onceTECHNICAL SKILLSMicrosoft OfficeMinor Adobe Creative Suite SkillsPHYSICAL DEMANDSMinor lifting and packing promotional and display related materials.
