Lyons is proud to cultivate a thriving work environment with employees who are not just satisfied and productive but engaged in creating the future - the company's and their own.Our company is growing, and we are in need of some new employees to fill key positions, and for that, we require a recruiter to help us with this process.Lyons Magnus is seeking a Recruiter I for its fast-growing corporate office in Fresno, CA. Recruiter will be responsible for identifying needs and shortlisting candidates to closing successful hires.Pay Range:$26- $30 per hourHours:Day shift 8 am to 5pmSchedule:M-FLocation:Fresno, CAEssential Duties and ResponsibilitiesCreate Job postings to attract the right candidates, posting on various online and offline resources.Source candidates on job boards, resume databases, professional networks and through referrals.Manage all communication with candidates from the moment they apply until start date.Interview candidates at various stages of the hiring process (phone screening calls, video interviews and in-person meetings).Use skill assessment tools and tests to screen candidates.Arrange interviews by coordinating schedules, lodging, travel and meals.Oversee internal and external communication, making sure that our company maintains a positive reputation as an employer (for example on Glassdoor, LinkedIn and social media).Maintain paperwork on applicants throughout the process and set up new HR records for new hires.Organize hiring events and participate in job fairs to network with potential candidates.Work with external search firms on hard to fill roles.RequirementsFamiliarity with full cycle recruitmentStrong interviewing skills and familiarity with various interview techniquesUnderstanding of HR practices and labor legislationExceptional communication skillsAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.Self-motivated, KPI-driven, integrity, and solid judgment abilities/skills.Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of applications and the use of emailEducation and/or ExperienceBilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not requiredBachelor's degree in business, human resources or a related fieldAt least 2 years of recruiting experience with 1 year of corporate or on-site experience is preferred, but not required.1 years' experience in warehousing/manufacturing of foods and beverages not required but preferred.Hands-on experience with recruitment software and Applicant Tracking SystemsExperience with social media recruiting a plusAdditional InformationOur compensation program is designed to attract, motivate, and retain the very best people.
