- Ensure that customers receive the best customer service by providing friendly, polite, and knowledgeable service
- Greet customers and thank them for shopping at Adams
- Open salad bar
- Rotate products, wash pans, clean inside salad bar
- Prepare salads according to recipe
- Refill products according to freshness guideline
- Restock daily product amounts as production flow demands
- Purchase/transfer products of quality & freshness to be used in restocking
- Prepare products for catering events, holidays, special events
- Take inventory/stock products
- Close salad bar according to procedures
- Put away deliveries
Physical Requirements
- Use machinery in department
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
- Use chemicals for cleaning
- Clean equipment daily/weekly
- Use & handle garbage compactor
- Use cardboard crusher
- Sweeping, mopping, general cleaning
- Work with raw food products
- Work weekends
Mental/Reasoning Requirements
- Use a scale labeling system
- Understand basic measurement
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and managers
