The University usually requires 3 laborers on a full time basis and may seek 1 or 2 more additional laborers during times of heavy workloads or may reduce workforce if demand subsides. These laborers typically assist our roofers and masons with a variety of tasks across the uptown and downtown campuses in Albany, NY (Region 1). Award will be made to the responsive and responsible bidder meeting the overall lowest price of straight time, overtime and special time rates.
