Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Plant Manager at Frankston Packaging Company. The Plant Manager will be responsible for overseeing plant operations, production planning, and manufacturing operations on a day-to-day basis in the facility located in Frankston, TX.

Qualifications

• Plant Management and Operations Management skills
• Experience in Production Planning
• Knowledge of Manufacturing Operations
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Experience in the packaging industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
