Admissions Hospice Nurse

The Position: We're actively looking for an Admissions Hospice RN. The pay range our client is offering is $85,000 - $92,000 Salary.

Requirements:
- Possess a current Georgia nursing (RN) license and thorough knowledge of nursing principles.
- Demonstrated ability to provide quality patient care.
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Current Georgia driver's license and clean driving record. Reliable transportation a must.
Responsibilities:
- M – F (10:00AM-7:00PM)
- Hospital Liaison
- 1-3 Admissions Per Day
- Provides Admission Assessments
