Responsibilities of our Administrative/Customer Service Associate:
- Process incoming calls for our subsidiary companies, forwarding them to the appropriate team or individual in an accurate and courteous manner
- Receive and accurately enter customer orders
- Maintaining an inventory of office supplies
- Miscellaneous accounting duties, such as preparation of purchase orders, processing of accounts payable and invoicing
- Other administrative duties as needed
Qualifications for our Administrative/Customer Service Associate:
- Professional demeanor
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in an environment with constant interruptions
- Switchboard experience
- Proficiency with MS Office
- One to three years of experience in an administrative capacity
