Maintenance Technician

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for providing our current residents with support by completing work orders for various items, such as appliance repair or troubleshooting (including A/C), general plumbing concerns, garbage disposals, smoke or CO2 detectors, and some electrical issues. Additionally, you will assist the property by preparing units for a new move-in . Key responsibilities include:-Ensure work orders are completed to resident satisfaction and in a timely manner-Complete apartment turns in a timely manner ensuring customer satisfaction-Assist with groundskeeping and painting as needed-Provide excellent customer service to our residents-Participate in after-hours emergency rotation for property-Completed projects as needed
