The Arc Central Chesapeake Region (The Arc) supports people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live, work, and connect with their community.We all have our own vision for the way we want to live our lives. Making that vision a reality takes the right combination of teamwork, accountability, and trust.As the Regional Manager, Living Options & Services, you will lead a team of Direct Support Professionals located in four to six different living environments, providing dedicated support, coaching, and inspiring accountability within your team. The Direct Support Professionals you lead are directly responsible for making sure each person served is living the life they choose for themselves.The Regional Manager, Living Options & Services reports to the Director of Living Options & Services and will partner with key stakeholders to facilitate individualized plan activities and actively participate in training, meetings, and communications. The ideal candidate will build and lead collaborative teams, delivering consistent feedback through The Arc's coaching model. They will ensure compliance in alignment with DDA standards, adherence to appropriate budgets, and focus on quality and continuous improvement.This position requires a high school diploma or GED, along with five years working with and supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, with at least three years supervising Direct Support Professionals. Must be willing to work flexible hours.
