Our Global DEI team collaborates with stakeholders across the organization to bring our vision to life.You'll support the Americas Head of DEI and work on a variety of projects to drive the regional strategy aligned to the global strategy. You will engage with employee resource groups (ERGs), partner with HR colleagues and business stakeholders, and the global DEI team.What We Offer You

  • What You'll Do
  • Actively support the ERGs in the execution of their strategies including managing activities, budget, invoices, and membership reporting
  • Increase collaboration across ERGs in the region including utilization and expansion of the ERG Playbook and best practice guides
  • Support the measurement of DEI and ERG impact
  • Support proactive knowledge sharing related to DEI across HR using data and research
  • Serve as an SME/go-to-person on certain DEI dimensions
  • Coordination of and input into relevant benchmarks, indices, award submissions and regulatory submissions
  • Skills You'll Need
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Moderate years of experience in DEI and/or Human Resources in global, matrixed corporate organizations
  • Skills That Will Help You Excel
  • Ability to influence without authority
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Data interpretation; strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Self-starter with ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
