Role: Global Investment Banking (GIB) Mergers and Acquisition and Equity Capital Markets Analyst Intern
Credit Agricole CIB Americas is currently looking for an intern for its GIB New York Office. As an intern, you will work on a variety of transactions and take on significant responsibilities. You will have the opportunity to be involved in a wide range of organizations and play an important role in the team's day-to-day activity. You will work on the origination and execution of Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Equity Capital Markets (ECM) transactions.
Within the M&A team, you will be involved in a wide range of cross-border transactions including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, demergers, and leveraged buyouts, for regional and international clients.
In addition, you will assist the ECM team in advising, structuring, and executing a range of equity and equity-linked offerings, including IPOs, follow-ons, ATMs, convertible bonds, and share repurchases, for major corporations looking to access the public markets.
Mission:
You will be working on a daily basis with our Sector teams located in Paris, and with our coverage teams across the U.S., Europe, and South America.
Minimal Requirements:
Hourly rate: $48.08 per hour
