- You will be a full-desk 360 recruiter which means you are responsible for taking ownership of the entire recruitment life cycle from start to finish
- This means you will spend at least half of your day doing cold outreach and business development to build relationships with CEOs, VPs, Directors, etc & sell and tailor our specialized recruitment services to their needs
- You will then spend the other half of the day sourcing and screening high level technical candidates for active roles that you and your team are tasked with
- You will develop candidate and client relationships through various means such as cold calling, headhunting, networking, etc., and will provide a high level of service and expertise in the market
- You will be working in a highly productive sales environment and will be expected to consistently hit targets that have been set out for you
- You can expect to face rejection (especially when cold calling) throughout the day as this is a sales role, so you must be able to be resilient and motivated to pick yourself back up and keep pushing forward
