What you do here matters, and we value every contribution.William Paterson University invites application to the Professional Services Specialist IV role in the Department of Psychology.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Coordinates the clinical practicums in the MA in clinical/counseling psychology program, including workshops for students, articulation agreements, practicum contracts, practicum placements, student progress, and the expansion of practicum placement opportunities.
• Manages steps in the MA in clinical/counseling psychology student application, interview, and acceptance processes, and manages all student records for the program.
• Assists MA graduate director with all activities and documents related to recruitment, admission, degree completion, retention, and accreditation.
• Manages the dissemination of information to MA students, including the contracts, documents, transcripts, and surveys required for graduation and licensure.
• Provides onboarding support for incoming MA students and assists with the mentor program.
• Assigns and supervises the work of graduate assistants for the MA program.
• Manages the website for the MA in clinical/counseling psychology program.
• Fields inquiries from prospective MA students and coordinates student orientations.
• Other duties as needed.
