Astral at Auburn a part of Franciscan Ministries, is a vibrant senior living community in Auburn, IN. We are a continuing care retirement community senior living, offering a variety of senior lifestyle options including independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing/long-term care. Additionally, the onsite rehabilitation clinic offers inpatient and outpatient physical, occupational, and speech therapies, and state-of-the-art programs designed to enhance the quality of life for residents and patients in the local community. We are looking for a Dining Server to join our growing team!

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Serve and handle food in accordance with sanitation regulations
• Responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of the dining room and prep kitchen
• Reset the dining room
• Handle trays, equipment, tableware, and linens, in a proper and safe manner
• Treat residents with dignity and respect

Required skills and qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Previous food experience a plus
• Flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
• Must enjoy working with the senior population
