Job Title: Territory Operations Supervisor

Location: Serbia, virtual

Working hours: US time zone (EST) 9-17h

Grade: 10

Job Summary:

The Territory Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations within a designated territory. This role ensures that all operational activities are executed efficiently, meeting company standards and customer expectations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

* Operational Management: Oversee daily operations within the territory, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

* Team Leadership: Supervise and support a team of field staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.

* Customer Relations: Maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.

* Inventory Control: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock is available to meet customer demands.

* Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on operational performance, including key metrics and areas for improvement.

* Budget Management: Assist in the development and management of the territory budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.

* Safety Compliance: Ensure all operations adhere to safety regulations and company safety policies.

Qualifications:

* Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management or a related field - preferred

* Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations management or a supervisory role.

Skills:

* Strong leadership and team management skills.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operations management software.

* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:
