The Business Development Center (BDC)/ Front Line Sales plays a critical role in the selling process. They are the voice and the face of our dealership. The Internet Response Team/Front Line Sales is the link between the customer and the sales team and are the ambassadors of the Allen Chevrolet Advantage Program. The primary role of the BDC/ Front Line Sales Representative is to motivate the customer to take action to visit the showroom by giving them the benefits and reasons to do so.What we offerPAID Training.
