Description:Stewart's Shops is excited to add merchandisers to our team! Our merchandisers travel to our shops throughout New York and Vermont to support operations with merchandising and marketing changes.Duties:• Provide critical marketing and merchandising support for existing, remodeled, and new shops.• Work closely with district, shop, and facility personnel to execute various marketing, merchandising, and shop layout projects.• Support shop marketing efforts by executing planogram resets, setting displays, organizing product, and cleaning.• Assist shop partners with implementing good marketing procedures.• Provide exceptional customer service.Requirements:• High School Diploma or GED required.• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.• Dependable with a team player attitude.• Detail oriented and organized with great communication skills.• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while being safety conscious.• Ability to be on your feet and do repetitive lifting for several consecutive hours.• Willingness to work in a cold environment in coolers and freezers.• Willingness to learn and grow within the company culture.Schedule:• Full time positions available.• Schedule is typically Monday-Friday, but flexibility is needed as schedule includes some holidays, evenings, and overnights.• Some overnight travel may be included.• Pay starting at $19/hour.We Offer:• Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), an employer paid retirement fund.• Health, Vision, and Dental benefits package.• Accrued paid time off and 6 paid holidays.• YMCA discount program.• Uniforms provided.• OT as available.• Positive work environment with growth opportunities and career establishment.To help provide our employees with a safe work environment, we are a drug free workplace.
