  • Handle intake demands and manage follow-ups.
  • Process contracts and TAS invoices accurately.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless payroll operations.
  • Provide training and support to team members on payroll systems.
Skills and Requirements:
  • Subject matter expert in Kronos and payroll systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Executive presence and well-spoken communication.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a permanent position.
