Job Description :

Position Summary The Document Control Clerk is responsible for maintaining organized and updated documents for the Quality Department. They will use the company tracking database to upload or scan paper documents, retrieve documents from Quality personnel and ensure document storage complies with the law and Tronair processes. Essential Functions

  • Prepares, files and maintains physical and or electronic records and documents in required formats
  • Compiles and verifies information using simple calculations and standard Tronair procedures
  • Inputs data into a tracking database (Excel / XA)
  • Retrieves documents or responds to requests for information from internal or external customers by phone or email
  • Assist department with general office tasks such as copying, mailing, and ordering supplies.
  • Observes and follows all established safety policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Minimum of high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Highly proficient with data entry and keyboard skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft office and other office software programs
  • Proficient in the use of standard office equipment; printers, scanners, copiers, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills, both in writing and verbally
  • Strong attention to detail and self-motivated

  • Routinely sit, sometimes for extended periods, and work on a computer;
  • Often spend time in the manufacturing environment to complete assigned projects, gather information, answer employee questions, etc.
