Role: Senior Product Manager

About the role:
We are looking for a product manager to enable the delivery of high-quality products in a fast[1]paced, challenging, and creative environment. You will work with business heads and engineering partners to drive the execution of a product area to build high-quality products and systems.
Expectations/ Requirements:
- Own the ideation, technical development, launch, and continued adoption of the features you build.
- Work with cross teams of Product, Design, Engineering, Account Management and Ad Operation teams to drive product development and deliver the vision for the platform.
- Engage and work closely with the engineering team to decide the best technical implementation methods, a reasonable execution schedule, and foster accountability.
- Make bold bets on future areas of focus and investment that will build sustainable differentiation opportunities for Lemma Technologies.
- Take a user centric view to understand customer needs and gather requirements.
- Spend time on a recurring basis involved within end-user departments, collaborating hands-on with their day to day and issues.
- Build consensus on the priorities of product execution to deliver on the vision.
- Be comfortable making data backed tradeoffs and backing those choices.
- Ensure extensive testing of features in real-life scenarios.
- Define and study metrics that inform the success of the product and all dependents.
- Make sure that clear, simple, and technically sound decisions are made.
- Lead product team processes (Agile/Scrum) and manage expectations and track the roadmap regularly.
- Be involved in what your team is building: run edge cases, test products and their features proactively to provide feedback early in the cycle, make sure entire journeys are covered, and ensure that product reporting exists to track KPIs for the product and its success (data-driven product management).
Qualification:
- 8+ years of experience as a product manager.
- Postgraduate/bachelors in technology, it would be fantastic if you had completed any product management certification.
- Work experience with AdTech and SAAS technologies is required; however, knowledge of content management systems is preferred.
- Ability to understand different technology platforms and their features and be able to work with solution architects/engineering leads and write detailed product requirement documents and manage the execution of roadmaps and deliverables.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders / senior management / cross-functional teams to influence them for quicker decisions, manage sudden technical roadblocks and be able to clear them.
- Strong communication skills and teamwork, experience with global clients is preferred.
- Good self-motivation and capability to work independently.
