The Dishwasher is responsible for cleaning pans, pots, dishes, and other elements used in the Tasting Room and Kitchen. They operate the dishwashing machine or wash dishes by hand, and maintain kitchen cleanliness. The dishwasher scrapes, sorts, and stacks dirty dishes, loads them into the dishwashing machine and then adds soap to turn it on. Once the cleaning operation is complete, they unload the dishes and put them in their places to be reused again. The Dishwasher is a fast-paced position thats essential for the kitchen to operate at the desired level. This position works under the direction of the Executive Chef.
